Meet  Dr. Tubre

I started Rose City Urology to have a place for high quality, compassionate, and personalized urological care.  My goal is to work with each patient through their journey to health and wholeness.  I’m excited to welcome you to my practice.

- Dr. Ryan Tubre

Dr. Tubre, originally from West Monroe, Louisiana, has found a home in Tyler, TX.  He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Louisiana College in Pineville.  It was during this time in which he had the opportunity to be mentored by a local physician when he developed a love and passion for surgery.  He continued his career at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, earning his Doctorate of Medicine in 2013.  While in medical school, he learned of the field of Urology in which he could build lasting relationships with patients as well as develop surgical skills, specifically robotics and minimally invasive techniques.  Dr. Tubre went on to do his residency at University of Kansas Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident during his fifth year, completing in 2018.  He completed his Board Certification from the American Board of Urology in 2020.

Dr. Tubre moved with his wife and two young children to Tyler to begin his early career.  He has quickly been able to develop a strong surgical expertise in the field of robotics and management of urologic conditions.  He has also developed a passion to see patients work towards complete wellness.  He is a member of the American Urological Association, Texas Medical Association, and Smith County Medical Society.

Dr. Tubre and his wife, Amanda, chose Tyler for its people, community, and opportunity for growth. When not in the office, Dr. Tubre enjoys time with his wife, homeschooling his two children, traveling, and outdoor activities of hiking and biking.
